I recently finished working with my mentor, Nicole Guzman, a licensed psychologist, cognitive scientist, and author of the best-selling book, Self-Awareness and the Psychology of Self-Awareness. In this post I talk about her most recent book, and what I think are some of the most relevant themes to the book.
