Thanks for the list of articles out there, but I am not sure if that’s for the good or the bad. I think it’s for the good and for the fun, because there are so many topics in this article that seem to be on autopilot. Maybe this year is the perfect time to write something about my personal philosophy of self-care, so I hope that you will be able to help me out here.
